Please contact us within 48 hours if you have any problems with your product at info@myplace.ltd

We gladly accept returns if you are not 100% happy with your product. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned within 28 days of the original delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned and received in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

MyPlace is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
